Adam Clayton Powell III is a senior fellow at the Center for Communication Leadership and Policy at the University of Southern California (USC). Previously, he was USC’s vice- provost for globalisation as well as director of the US National Science Foundation’s centre for multimedia research, working extensively in Africa and Asia.
